When to expect a reply
We read every message and normally answer within three working days (Monday to Friday, public holidays excepted). Privacy requests are answered within one month, as data protection law requires; if a request is complex we will tell you within that month if we need longer.
Help us route your message
- Reservations: we can't book, change or cancel a stay. Please contact the hotel itself.
- Corrections: tell us which page and what is wrong, ideally with a link to a source.
- Privacy requests: write "Privacy" in the subject line and tell us what you would like us to do (for example, access or delete your data). Our privacy policy lists your rights.
- Hotels, agencies and press offices: news and fact-checks are welcome. Coverage can't be paid for or requested.
